Audience
This course is intended for individuals who will be responsible for the installation and administration of the EMC EmailXtender system for Microsoft Exchange.

Objectives
After completing this course, you should be able to:

• Describe EmailXtender functionality, benefits, and components.
• Install and configure EmailXtender.
• Demonstrate the ability to properly connect to and communicate with the targeted mail server.
• Demonstrate the ability to capture email messages and archive them to the EmailXtender server.
• Describe and perform the methods for retrieving email messages that are indexed and archived by EmailXtender.
